Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A and stir until everything is completely dissolved. Heat to 75 °C.
Phase B: Combine all ingredients and heat to 75 °C. Add then phase B to phase A under strong stirring and homogenise.
Phase C: Add phase C to the formulation and stir.
Adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A under stirring until Cosphaderm® X 34 is completely dissolved.
Phase B: Combine all ingredients of phase B.
Heat both phases separately to 70 °C and add phase B to phase A under stirring.
After stirring homogenise the formulation and adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A and stir until everything is completely dissolved.
Heat the water phase to 70-75 °C.
Phase B: Combine all ingredients of phase B and heat to 75°C. Phase C is added to the oil phase just before emulsion is formed.
Add phase B+C to the water phase while stirring. Homogenise at 40°C.
Adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Mix all ingredients together.
Phase B: Slowly add Cosphaderm® X 34 and Aristoflex® AVC under stirring to phase A. Continue stirring until complete dissolution. Then heat to 80 °C.
Phase C: Mix all ingredients and heat to 80 °C. Add phase C to phase A+B and homogenise.
Phase D: Add Cosphaderm® Dicapo below 40 °C under stirring.
Adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Phase D: Prepare phase D and melt at 50 °C, then cool down to room temperature.
Add phase D to the water phase and homogenise.
Adjust pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A and raise the pH to 11 to dissolve the cinnamic acid completely. Afterwards, adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05 by adding Citric Acid.
Phase B: Add phase B to phase A while stirring. Stir until everything is completely dissolved.
Phase C: Prepare phase C and heat both phases separately to 75 °C.
Add phase C to phase A/B under stirring and homogenise the mixture.
Phase D: Add phase D to the formulation.
Adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A and stir until everything is completely dissolved.
Adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.
Phase B: Combine all ingredients of phase B.
Heat phase B to 80 °C and slowly add phase A to B while homogenising.

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A. Stir until everything is completely dissolved. Afterwards, adjust the pH to 5.5 ± 0.05.
Phase B: Combine all ingredients and heat to 75-80 °C. Then add phase B to phase A while homogenising.
Add phase C to the finished formulation and homogenise.
