Cosphaderm® E NGM natural is a COSMOS-approved fluid lysolecithin derived from soybeans. Lysolecithin is an enzymatically modified lecithin in which one fatty acid has been selectively removed, resulting in a more hydrophilic molecular structure.
This modification significantly enhances emulsifying and dispersion performance in aqueous systems, increasing water-binding capacity. Owing to its pronounced hydrophilic character, Cosphaderm® E NGM natural is an ideal co-emulsifier for O/W emulsions with high water content. Beyond emulsion stabilisation, it improves hair combability in conditioner formulations and delivers a light, smooth and silky skin feel in leave-on products.
