Cosphatec Code of Conduct

Since its foundation in 2005, Cosphatec has set itself the goal of meeting the highest standards: at all levels and in all actions. We set these standards for ourselves, for example in terms of product quality, internal processes and co-operation. And we also set standards for all the people, companies and institutions that work with us.

 

We have therefore been dealing with ecological, social and ethical issues for a long time. However, it is not enough to simply act in accordance with our own moral convictions when implementing them in our day-to-day business, as regulatory and legal requirements have also steadily increased over time. In addition, growing social awareness demands concrete evidence, such as quality or test seals.

 

While this pressure requires radical changes from many companies, Cosphatec has always implemented topics such as sustainability, fairness and quality out of deep conviction - not just because we have to. With the Cosphatec Code of Conduct, we want to clarify this way of thinking and make it comprehensible. We are thus reaching out to all like-minded companies - for close, trusting and long-term partnerships. Furthermore, we hereby publicly commit ourselves to a transparent and fair treatment of nature and all people.

Protecting human rights

The protection of human rights is our top priority. We consistently reject forced labour, child labour, exploitation, human trafficking, discrimination and any form of deprivation of liberty.

We reject animal testing without compromise and only use animal-free alternatives.

 

We also maintain fair, partnership-based and solution-orientated cooperation with our partners, customers and suppliers. We stand for ethical business practices and are firmly opposed to unfair practices such as price dumping and corruption.

In order to guarantee product safety and quality at all times, we rely on a comprehensive and sophisticated quality management system. Our in-house laboratory has state-of-the-art analysis facilities that go beyond the usual market standards. This is how we ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
