Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients and dissolve Phase A at 40°C.
Phase B: Add phase B to phase A and adjust the pH to 5.0 – 5.5.
Phase C: Add phase C to phase A/B under soft stirring.
Phase D: Dissolve Cosphaderm® Magnolia Extract 98 in Cosphaderm® Propanediol natural and Cosphaderm® TOM. Add phase D to phase A/B/C under stirring.
Adjust the pH to 5.0 ± 0.05.

Specification

Appearance: Yellowish, translucent gel
pH: 5.0 ± 0.05
Stability: No separation after centrifugation (4000 rpm, 30 min), stable for 3 months at room temperature and 40 °C
Microbiological stability: proven

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine water and Cosphagard® SA natural and raise the pH value to 10 – 11. Stir until complete dissolution. Afterwards lower the pH to approximately 6.
Phase B: Add phase B to phase A and stir until everything is completely dissolved. Heat to 70 °C.
Phase C: Combine all ingredients of phase C and heat to 70 °C.
Add phase C to A+B while stirring. Homogenise at 40°C.
Phase D: Add Cosphaderm® TOM to the emulsion.
Adjust pH to 6.0 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine ingredients and stir until Cosphaderm® Magnolia Extract 98 is dissolved.
Phase B: Prepare phase B and add to phase A under stirring. Heat the mixture to 50 °C.
Phase C: Slowly add phase C into A+B and stir until complete dissolution.
Phase D: Prepare phase D and add it to phase A+B+C under stirring.
Phase E: Add phase E to the mixture and stir until everything is homogenous.
Phase F: Prepare phase F and add it to the finished formulation.
Adjust the pH to 7.0 ± 0.05.

Manufacturing Process

Phase A: Combine all ingredients of phase A and stir until everything is completely dissolved. Heat phase A to 80°C.
Phase B: Prepare phase B and heat to 80°C. Add phase B to A under stirring.
Phase C: Add phase C below 40°C to the formulation. Homogenise.
Adjust the pH value to 5.5 ± 0.05.

Appearance: White to slightly yellowish lotion
pH: 5.5 ± 0.05
Stability: Microbiological stability proven, no separation after centrifugation (4000 rpm, 30 min)
