Cosphaderm® LA-T palm free is a new natural multifunctional product from the group of organic acids. With this, we are expanding our portfolio with a variant of our popular and successful Cosphaderm® LA-T. The new blend is 100% palm oil-free. Nevertheless, it has the same versatile properties. It is a multifunctional mixture of natural levulinic acid and its sodium salt. It is dissolved in water and rapeseed-based glycerine. This makes it liquid, water-soluble and convenient to use in all types of cosmetic formulations.
This combination of a mild organic acid and a classic moisturiser combines skin-care, fragrant and moisturising properties. In addition, it has Cosphaderm® LA-T palm free Convincing antimicrobial efficacy up to a pH value of 6.0, particularly against bacteria.
The glycerine used is derived from rapeseed oil and is 100% palm oil-free. This allows us to use a raw material that is not limited to tropical growing regions. Versatile and resilient, rapeseed also grows very well in the more temperate climates of Europe and Asia. This helps to protect endangered tropical rainforests, with the exception of the use of certified sustainable palm oil. This allows us to formulate our Cosphaderm® LA-T palm free particularly attractive to customers with this awareness.
For a complete antimicrobial spectrum of activity, we recommend, Cosphaderm® LA-T palm free combine with substances that are highly effective against yeast and mould. A proven combination is Cosphaderm® LA-T palm free with Cosphaderm® pAS natural.
COSMOS-certified seal for tocopherols
Our tocopherols have recently been awarded Cosphaderm® T-70 NON GMO ECO and Cosphaderm® T-50 NON GMO ECO the seal COSMOS-certified by Ecocert. This seal confirms high quality at the organic level. This makes organic certification for formulations even quicker and easier. This simplification of the process should be reflected not only in the speed of approval, but also in the cost of a cosmetic product.
